Notable achievements include co-establishing China's first bank-led fund management joint venture between BlackRock and Bank of China, launching Merrill Lynch's asset management operations in Taiwan, and scaling institutional assets under management from $9 billion to $34 billion as head of Asia Pacific ex-Japan at Legal & General.

His experience spans Hong Kong, China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and the United States — providing a comprehensive regional foundation for BluFin's APAC-focused strategy.
