Two invitation-only editions, two days apart — Hong Kong on 10 November and Singapore on 12 November — each built for the family offices active in that market, and each asking one half of the same question.
BluFin will convene the Markets & Allocators Private Summit twice this November: at JW Marriott Pacific Place in Hong Kong on Tuesday 10 November, and at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on Thursday 12 November. Each edition is invitation-only for family offices, and each sets its own programme.
The series follows the July 2026 summit in Singapore — the first MAPS held at scale, and the proof of the format both November editions are built on.
What July Established
MAPS Singapore convened at Marina Bay Sands in July, with more than 120 family offices and over 70 accredited UHNW investors. Twenty-two general partner firms took part.
The most useful result was the quality of the questions. Because the guest list was screened, conversations reached substance quickly. Principals pressed on attribution rather than headline track record — which decisions produced a return, and whether they repeat without the founder. Liquidity terms came up earlier than in previous years. And in several cases, families asked about co-investment mechanics before asking about the fund itself.
One Question, Two Rooms
Both November programmes are about liquidity, approached from opposite sides of the table.
Hong Kong takes it from the family's side: Liquidity, Income and Legacy — Private Capital for the Next Cycle. Three questions Greater China family offices are working through at once: exits that have lagged, income strategies newly in scope, and a generational handover already underway.
Singapore takes it from the manager's side: From IRR to DPI — Liquidity as the New Underwriting Standard. The question every manager eventually faces — returning capital — and the shift in how allocators now underwrite for it.
The two rooms are different. Most of the families in Hong Kong on Tuesday will not be in Singapore on Thursday, and each programme is written for who is actually there. For the managers presenting, the dates were set so that both rooms fit one trip.
The November Editions
MAPS Hong Kong · Tuesday 10 November — Liquidity, Income and Legacy: Private Capital for the Next Cycle
MAPS Singapore · Thursday 12 November — From IRR to DPI: Liquidity as the New Underwriting Standard
Singapore remains the flagship edition and the standard Hong Kong is built against. Each room has its own guest list, its own speakers and its own magazine, published ahead of the day.
Family offices attend by invitation. General partners and sponsors register through the event site, where speakers are published as they confirm. Both sides curated for the most meaningful interactions and valuable, actionable insights.
