BluFin is proud to welcome Jih Min Cheng as a senior advisor, bringing more than 35 years of experience in real estate, capital markets, and executive leadership to the firm’s global team. Based in Singapore, Jih Min will support BluFin’s coverage of institutional investors and family offices, with a focus on real estate opportunities across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. His appointment strengthens BluFin’s ability to deliver cross-border solutions that combine technical depth, market knowledge, and governance discipline.

Real Estate Expertise with Global Reach

Jih Min has built his career across multiple dimensions of the real estate industry, holding senior roles as CEO and general manager in property development, strategic asset management, and REIT operations. He has managed complex portfolios, overseen asset enhancement strategies, and driven capital raising initiatives, building strong relationships with institutions and family offices across Asia and beyond. Having lived and worked extensively in Southeast Asia—including Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia—he brings first-hand understanding of the region’s cultural nuances and business environments, an advantage that enriches BluFin’s ability to bridge global capital with local opportunities.

Alongside his real estate leadership, he founded MILO Executive Leadership Coaching, advising senior executives and CEOs on decision-making and organizational performance. He is also an IMI-qualified mediator and a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, combining technical acumen with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder negotiations and align interests in high-value transactions.

Jih Min holds a BSc in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore, an MBA from the University of Leicester, and the ISCA Sustainability Professional Certification, underscoring his commitment to ESG principles. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, where he actively supports good governance practices. Fluent in English and Chinese, his cross-cultural fluency enhances BluFin’s ability to serve global investors with confidence and precision.
