Paul is the Founder of PG Real Estate, a boutique advisory firm where he continues to lead high-value transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and financings. His reputation is built on more than three decades of work in New York and across the U.S., consistently delivering results for institutional investors and family offices.
Prior to PG Real Estate, Paul was Managing Director at Hodges Ward Elliott, where he launched and built the New York office into a 25-person team and executed landmark sales including Congress Square in Boston, 44 Wall Street, Tower 46, and 196 Orchard Street. Earlier, as Senior Vice President at CBRE, he helped execute over $16 billion of office transactions, including marquee assets such as 30 Rockefeller Center, One Chase Manhattan Plaza, and 230 Park Avenue. His career began with senior investment roles at Morgan Stanley and UBS, where he sourced, structured, and managed real estate investments across funds, joint ventures, and advisory clients.
Paul’s work has been recognized by the industry with multiple honors, including the REBNY Most Ingenious Deal of the Year and CPE Influencer Awards, highlighting his ability to deliver innovative structures and market-leading outcomes. He also serves as a board member and guest lecturer at Georgetown University’s Steers Center for Global Real Estate, helping shape the next generation of real estate leaders.
